TERMS AND CONDTIONS

  • Classes have a duration of one (1) hour
  • Payment for classes is via Western Union or bank transfer.
  • The lessons are paid in advance, but you will never lose your money by re-scheduling the class.
  • Cancellation and change policy is 24 hours in advance by email or whatsapp. If cancelled or changed within 24 hours before the start of the class it will be charged.
  • No-shows will be charged.
  • Time and date of the classes will be confirmed before the payment is done.
  • All transactions are final. There are no refunds for classes.
  • All packages are valid within 6 months of the payment date. After that time, they will expire

Payment and fees

Full payment must be made before the start of the lesson in full. A time must be agreed by both parties before payment is sent out.

SPANISH WITH PAO is not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, over draft charges, or other fees.

I reserve the right to change my fees, but will notify you in advance of increases.

Time Changes or cancellations

Cancellation and change policy is 24 hours in advance by email or whatsapp. If cancelled or changed within 24 hours before the start of the class, the student will be charged.

Classes Packages

If a pack of 10 or 20 lessons are purchased, these lessons must be taken within a 6 months start day of payment.

Holidays and Sick Days – Teacher

Holidays will be known in advance. If by any reason the teacher is not able to make the lesson, the payment may be used to schedule another class. If you prefer a refund will be given.

Trial Lesson

The trial lesson is for free, around 30 minutes. You are under absolutely no obligation to take any more lessons after the trial lesson. When you purchase a trial session, you also agree with the following:

  • In the event that you need to cancel/reschedule your trial session appointment, we request that you notify us 24 hours before your scheduled appointment.
